Domestic Shipping Policy (U.S. Physical Address, excluding Alaska & Hawaii)
Felt Hats will make every effort to ship your hat or cap within two business days of receipt. Business days are Monday thru Friday. The shipping department is closed Saturday and Sunday. Orders will be shipped by either FedEx or UPS. If an email address is provided, a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you once the order ships. U.S. orders will be shipped via ground service, unless a faster shipping method is requested. Ground service takes 4 to 7 business days for delivery. Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day delivery is available upon request (Policies below).
In order to assure on time delivery FedEx and UPS require a complete and correct physical address. Double check your shipping address for accuracy. UPS and FedEx charge additional fees for minor address errors and/or changes including zip code, apartment number; or the recipient requesting delivery to an address other than the one originally specified. Unless we are responsible for the error, the customer will be liable for the additional shipping charge incurred.
If your hat or cap is currently unavailable or there is a problem with your order, the customer service department will contact you as soon as possible.Felt Hats will make every effort to notify you of any problem via telephone or email within two to three business days of receipt of order.
Expedited Shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day Delivery)
Felt Hats will make every effort to ship your hat or cap within 1 business day of receipt when expedited shipping is requested. Orders received after 8:00 am. will ship the next business day. Please be aware that FedEx and UPS deliver expedited packages from Monday thru Friday. Next Day Saturday delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. You must call Felt Hats at 1-800-789-0839 to request this service before 12:00pm CST on Friday. FedEx and UPS will deliver expedited orders by 7:00 pm. Morning delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact Felt Hats at 1-800-789-0839 to request this service prior to ship date. Please be aware that once the order ships, the shipping method cannot be modified.
Shipping Policy Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
In order to maintain low shipping costs, orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped by U.S. Mail. Most orders take approximately one week to process. This is due to additional paper work and additional time required for address verifications. In order to ensure the fastest delivery time, please be sure to include the correct billing information, including the correct credit card billing name and address.

Since daily pickup is unavailable for U.S. Mail orders, we highly recommend ordering your hat or cap as early as possible to ensure on time delivery. Most orders are shipped by U.S Priority Mail, which can take from 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

APO/Military Shipping Policy
Felt Hats will ship to all military addresses including APO, FPO, AE, etc. All military packages will be shipped by U.S. Mail. Please be aware that UPS and FedEx shipments are not available to military addresses.

International Shipping Policy
Felt Hats will ship to most international locations and countries. For security reasons we cannot ship to countries where package insurance is unavailable. For safety reasons (in case a package is lost or stolen) most packages are insured for the full amount of the order. In order to maintain shipping cost low all international packages will by shipped by U.S. Mail. At this time we cannot provide UPS or FedEx shipping to international destinations (excluding Canada).
In most cases international orders take approximately one week to process. Please be aware that for security reasons and in order to prevent credit card fraud it is necessary for Felt Hats to validate all credit card information with the providing bank. This sometimes is a lengthy process and can delay the shipping of your order. In order to ensure the fastest delivery time, please be sure to include the correct billing information.
